These Terms of Service govern your use of the SnackNami website and your purchase of products from SnackNami.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are legally permitted to make purchases in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the SnackNami website.

2. Products

SnackNami sells packaged snacks, beverages, ramen, curated snack boxes, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However:

Packaging may change.
Colors may appear differently depending on your device.
Manufacturer designs may change without notice.
Product availability may vary.
Curated box contents may rotate.

Product photos may be representative examples unless a listing specifically states that the exact pictured products are guaranteed.

3. Curated Snack Boxes

SnackNami curated boxes are designed to provide a variety of Asian snacks, drinks, and other products.

Because availability changes, customers may receive different brands, flavors, package designs, or products than those shown in example photos.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the advertised number and general type of products included in each box.

Substitutions of reasonably comparable products may be made when necessary.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

SnackNami reserves the right to change product prices at any time.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully completed.

We may correct obvious pricing, product-description, or technical errors before fulfilling an order.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

SnackNami reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

Suspected fraud
Payment problems
Pricing errors
Product availability issues
Incorrect information
Suspected abuse of promotions or discount codes

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund for the cancelled amount.

6. Payments

Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are processed through payment providers made available through Shopify.

SnackNami does not directly store complete customer credit-card information.

7. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discounts may be subject to:

Expiration dates
Minimum purchase requirements
Customer eligibility requirements
Usage limits
Product restrictions
One-use-per-customer limitations

SnackNami may modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions when permitted by applicable law.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Attempting to abuse, duplicate, manipulate, or improperly obtain promotional discounts may result in cancellation of an order.

8. Shipping

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping costs, delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

SnackNami is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural events, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because SnackNami primarily sells food, beverages, and consumable products, purchases are generally final sale.

We do not normally accept returns or exchanges due to food-safety and hygiene considerations.

Exceptions may be reviewed for:

Damaged orders
Missing products
Incorrect products
Other errors caused by SnackNami

Customers should report qualifying order problems within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Allergies and Dietary Information

Products sold by SnackNami may contain or be manufactured in facilities that process allergens including:

milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, sesame, fish, and shellfish.

SnackNami does not manufacture most of the products sold on our website.

Ingredient and allergen information is provided by the original manufacturers.

Customers should always inspect the manufacturer's original packaging before consuming a product.

SnackNami does not guarantee that any product or curated box is free from a particular allergen unless specifically stated.

If you have a severe food allergy or medical dietary restriction, consult the original product labeling before consumption.

11. Product Expiration and Storage

Customers should inspect product packaging for expiration or best-by dates and follow manufacturer storage instructions.

Do not consume a product if its packaging appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or unsafe.

If a product arrives in a condition you believe is unsafe, contact us promptly.

12. Customer Accounts

Customers may have the option to create or use a Shopify customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining control over access to your account and for providing accurate customer information.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

13. Intellectual Property

The SnackNami name, branding, logo, original website content, graphics, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Third-party product names, packaging, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Reviews, Messages, and User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, images, feedback, or other content to SnackNami, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is lawful and does not violate another person's rights.

We may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

15. Third-Party Services

SnackNami may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and social-media platforms.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices.

SnackNami is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

16. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the SnackNami website will always be available without interruption or error.

We may temporarily modify, suspend, maintain, or update portions of the website as necessary.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SnackNami will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.
